Welcome to our newly renovated 2500 square foot vacation home in the beautiful Phoenix west valley community of Verrado. With unparalleled views of the White Tank mountains from the patio, you'll be captivated by its small town southwestern charm, over 40 parks nearby, pedestrian friendly center and multitude of activities.
Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is a short 7 minute or less walk away: Raven championship golf course featuring unsurpassed views of the mountains and Phoenix, 2 pools (1 - 6 lane 25 yd lap pool and 1 play pool), state of the art fitness center/gym, 3 restaurants, grocery store, drug store, children's playgrounds, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
The home will accommodate up to 10 guests in comfort. The patio boasts its own private spa/hot tub where you can enjoy your favorite beverage after sharing a meal with friends/family prepared on the built in gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, large fridge and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, or alternatively, enjoy one of the 3 restaurants that are a short walk from the house.
Watch your favorite game or movie on the 55" HD TV. How about challenging your friends on the Nintendo Wii, the 8' x 4' slate pool table or on the ping pong table. Active guests will enjoy the more than 25 miles of bike trails (paved and unpaved) that begin outside your door using the 5 bicycles that are available for guest use.
