Has its own swimming pool and hot tub! 4 Bedrooms all with full bath - two with ocean view. 6 bathrooms total!

Beautifully appointed kitchen with sit-down breakfast bar and formal dining room, both with ocean view. Wet bar with commercial ice maker. Breakfast and entertainment / TV room. Second level patio and gardens with panoramic views of the ocean, off shore islands & estuary.

Unspoiled nature preserve directly adjacent to the property - great for hiking, bird and sea lion watching. Mountain views to the east and in the distance the sparkling night lights of Ensenada. All on 1/2 acre of beautifully landscaped grounds with 195 feet of beach front.

Security system! Full time maintenance man takes care of the pool, water system, landscaping, and any minor repairs to the house. Enclosed 2 car garage with opener. Patio area with additional wet bar, BBQ grill, covered area for dining, open area for sunning with glass wind break adjacent to the pool. Second patio with BBQ on the bay side of the house.

This hacienda is located in a gated and secure community with very limited access.

"Las Canadas Water Park" with water slides, swimming pools, music, camping, cabins, picnic areas, fishing, paddle boats, canopy tour with 5 zip lines, ATV rentals, mountain bike trails - 25 minutes from the house!

House Policies: No pets. No smoking in the house. No day guests without approval from management. We reserve the right to charge for extra people.

Security/damage deposit can be partially or wholly utilized for damage, extra maid service, unapproved day guests (day guests add overhead costs to house, including gas, water, electric, wear & tear, extra cleanup costs). Inquire about additional costs to invite day guests.
