block)walk through the tree-lined neighborhood to shops and

The house is completely remodeled and very spacious and clean with a
large, eat-in kitchen, wood floors, French doors and a private
bathroom for each bedroom. Enjoy sitting out on the trellised back
deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard with a gas grill and
small views of Lake Dora. Owners are next door to help with
emergencies or give directions. There is enough room to park your
boat or bike trailer. (Sorry no smoking or dogs due to the wood
floors -cats are OK.)

2 King beds, 2 single beds, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a
separate basement with a 1/2 bath for overflow guests or storage.
Cable TV in living room and cable TV in family/dining room, DVD/VCR,
eat in kitchen, deck, outdoor furniture, gas grill, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, linens, towels, microwave, all kitchen items.
Activities and Attractions
In Mt. Dora: shopping, restaurants, antiques, boat tours, trolley
tour, carriage tour, live theatre, live music nightly, lakefront
park and marina, bicycling, golf, tennis courts, weekend
festivals.
Nearby: Many natural springs and state parks, theme parks (50
minutes), horseback riding, fishing and more golf. Grocery store is
5 minutes away.
