The Old Goat House interiors have been re-created with high end, rustic, designer finishes, punctuated with whimsical, Goat House Art. This quaint, 1200 sq. ft., cabin-like home features 3 bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with a closet and television, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, with linens and towels provided.  The open floor plan offers a fully-equipped kitchen and a great room, with a large leather sectional, for entertaining friends and family.  Just through the French doors is the deck, offering plenty of space for hanging out and having cocktails or grilling your dinner out in the clean, fresh, hill country air.  You will love relaxing here with your family and friends and getting to the river without the hassle of driving and parking!

Summer Rates:  April - September (minimum 2 night rental / 3 nights holidays)

Weekends (Thur - Sat 2 night minimum) $450./night

Holiday Weekends (3 night minimum) $600./night 3 night minimum

Thursday $450./night

Week (7 night) $2500.

Holiday Week (7 night including a Holiday) $3000.

Fees:

$150. Cleaning Fee

10% Tax applies to all rentals.

$400. Refundable Damage Deposit

 Reservation Deposit:

A reservation deposit of half your rental fee is required on the date reservations are made  along with submitting a completed release and indemnity contract via email.  The reservation deposit will be applied toward your rent.  The other half of the rental fee is due upon check in.  No checks please.  Should you have any question do not hesitate to contact the owner.

Damage Deposit:

A separate security deposit of $400 is due no later than 30 days prior to check in and will be refunded back to your credit card within 1-3 days after check-out provided there are no damages.

Cancellations:

Reservation deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is received 30 days prior to check-in date.  When a cancellation is received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check-in date a 50% refund will be made.  There will be no refund given for cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in date.   However, if cancellations are made 14 days in advance you may apply your reservation deposit toward a different date depending on availablilty.  Reservations are not contingent upon weather conditions or water quality/flow  and there will be no refunds for shortened stays.
