Single Family 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath Ranch Home. Beds (2 full, 1 queen) will sleep 6 comfortably, plus an extra air matress and non-pull out couch could accomodate up to 9 guests. 2 TVs in living room and master bedroom w/Cable and one with a DVD player . Ample driveway parking for up to 8 cars available. Large Yard for outdoor games. Secluded deck w/grill for private BBQs. Dishwasher for less hassle with meals. Washer/Dryer in basement. The house is also Internet equipped with wifi.

The Bonnet Shores area is a family neighborhood with two scenic beaches. The home is within 1 mile walking distance of both the main beach (Kelly Beach- private- for our summer tenants and residents-no beach pass required) and the little beach that is rocky and for boating but offers views of the Jamestown Bridge. Also a short drive to the members only Bonnet Shores Beach Club. On the weekends, the Bonnet Shores Fire District has provided a school bus that travels the neighborhood between picking up beach goers and dropping them off at the beach (perfect for the family that is carrying beach chairs and a cooler filled with snacks). This bus route includes a stop in front of our home.

Close to beaches, fully furnished with appliances including dishwasher, coffee pot, lobster pot, toaster, and grill. The kitchen is fully functional with dishes, pots and pans. The deck has a picnic table, built in benches and a gas grill. Home is clean and well maintained by a cleaning service on a regular basis in between tenants. The secluded deck w/grill is perfect for families to relax and wind down after a long day at the beach.  The home also features an unfurnished basement with washer/dryer and an heated outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off beach sand before coming indoors. Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided for each of the beds. (Linens are not included)

The beach is a mile walk away. There is a summer camp in Bonnet for kids weekday mornings 9-11:30, under a half mile away. There is so much to do in Narragansett whether it be spending the day at the beach with family and friends, shopping, eating local RI seafood, taking the ferry to Block Island, visiting the port of Galilee or playing a round of golf.  You and your family will never be at a loss for things to do.  You can even spend a nice evening at our home grilling on our back deck.
