Vacation Rental Description

This cozy cottage, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood has 
direct access to Lake Okeechobee. This clean cabin has central 
air/heat with full size appliances and is completely furnished with 
everything you need! Pots, pans, towels - everything but the food! 
Fully carpeted with laundry facilities, pool & many extras but at NO 
extra cost. No smoking & no pets.
Located conveniently close to restaurants, groceries, shopping. Home 
is on the canal that connects to Taylor Creek which goes directly 
into Lake Okeechobee. Master bedroom has queen size bed, double bed 
in 2nd bedroom & twin bed in third bedroom. Full size bath connects 
to master bedroom/second bath to bedroom #2. 
Patio behind cottage with heated pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, very clean, laundry facilites, all utilities 
included, cable TV, pool, boat ramp, covered boat slip, fish cleaning 
station with water/lighted/electric, patio with gas grill, picnic 
table, pool table, quiet neighborhood. Shade & Fruit Trees.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Fishing, Picnic area, Sunbathing, Pool Table, Close to 
Shopping, Movies, Bowling & Flea Markets. Very relaxing family 
atmosphere. 
1-1/2 hrs from Orlando amusements, 1 hour from West Palm Beach 
and the Ocean.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 Night Minimum Off Season: Weekly Minimum during Winter season
2 Adults/children per night = $60.00 plus 10% tax = $198.00
Weekly Rate = $360.00 plus 10% tax = $396.00
Over 2 Adults = $10.00/per person per night /Children 12yr/under-Free

Monthly Rate = $1200.00 plus tax (No extra for over 2 Adults on 
monthly rate)

Will negotiate for long term rental.

No extra for the utilities or cable TV, laundry facilities, boat 
ramp, covered boat slip.
