Spacious 2 Bed/2 BA Executive Apartment in Nashville

My Nashville pad has everything one needs for a great time in city.  Be it business or pleasure, I can appreciate the need to have a nice place to stay that won't break the budget.  So I enjoy extending my home to you at a competitive rate.  I travel often, so when I’m in town, I really love my comfortable and stylish home, and I especially enjoy being able to share with y’all when I’m not around.  I take a great deal of pride in my home, so I hope you'll enjoy it when you stay. 

Being close to the interstate to taxi in and taxi out to the airport is a great convenience.  Also, when I’m here, I like being close to all the activity without living in the congestion of it all.  Midtown is fun and full of action, but be prepared for parking headaches and LOTS of people (and college kids) filling the streets and restaurants.  And wow!  Opryland Mills just reopened and it's just a few short miles up the road!  Been there already and there's an IMAX theater right there too, tons of great shopping and popular chain restaurants, and its adjacent to the Grand Ole Opry!  Close also to Gaylord Opryland Convention Center and just a quick hop and skip the other way to downtown, Midtown, West End, Vandy or Music Row.  A little peace and quiet close to so much rich, Nashville history is my cup of tea!

Hope it’s yours too.This first floor unit (no stairs) is comfortably equipped for anything you need.  The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer (and icemaker) stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker.  I’ve also got a blender for those smoothies… Fully stocked stoneware dishes, glasses, stemware and utensils are all provided for your use.  Like to cook and bake?  I’ve included great cookware and bakeware, along with a full set of storage containers to keep your creations fresh for
meals on the go.  There is a formal dining room, (counter style!) outfitted perfectly to enjoy your home cooked meals.

My home comes complete with a comfortable, private master bedroom, which
holds a queen size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress.  Just sink into the comfort that surrounds your body, sending you into heavenly sleep. This bedroom is decorated with carefully selected furniture and décor I hope my guests enjoy.

The 2nd private bedroom also has a comfy full size memory foam mattress bed.  I’ve also included a desk for you to do some work (if you have time!).  There is free WIFI throughout the unit.

There is a Jack 'n Jill bathroom set up, with two private bathrooms and sinks but doors to each bathroom to share the shower & tub.

The living room is equipped with a wonderful sofa with one side with a chaise lounge and a cocktail ottoman, and a TV & DVD to include digital cable and WIFI.  Fresh linens are provided for both bedrooms and fresh towels and toiletries are provided in the bathrooms, including a blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, cotton balls and Q-tips.  Extra pillows are also available if needed.

Sorry, absolutely no smoking and no pets due to issues with these allergens.  No exceptions.  Maximum stay is 2 weeks.

Oh my gosh.  Where does one start?  To the west about 9-13 minutes is Vanderbilt, Belmont, downtown, Titan Stadium, The Rhyman Auditorium.  About 3 miles north is Opryland, Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Mills outlets and restaurants.  Easy access to all freeways in case you want to do more touring of the state.  Easy access to go North, South, East or West!
