Accommodations:   4 Bedrooms plus Sofa Beds if needed.  Includes Master suite with queen size bed and private bath.   Sleeps up to 12 people in beds, 15 people max.  Parking for 4 vehicles.

Beds:  Queen size Beds (5). Sofa Bed (1). Bed Linens and towels are provided.

Amenities:   (2) Flat Screen TV’s with DVD players.
  Open Floor plan that caters to  small gatherings.  Gorgeous Rock Fireplace , Washer and Dryer.

Kithchen:  Full large kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils.  Refrigerator, dishwaher, microwave, and range.

Outdoor Features:  Lake access by car. (Boat Launching  at the  Bear Lake Marina). Small  deck with picnic table and gas barbecue grill.  Bring extra camp chairs and enjoy  gathering on this deck. Watch the golfers on the driving range or go hit a bucket your self. 

Suitability:   Kid friendly.  No Pets allowed. NO SMOKING.

Nearby Activities:   Two beautiful Mountain golf courses with spectacular Lake views and both, just 10 minutes away.  Bicycle on paved Bike path with access just minutes away or mountain Bike or Hike in nearby canyons in Idaho or Utah.
