Vacation Rental Description

This charming architect-designed beach home is located in the celebrated Rosemary Beach community 
between Destin and Panama City Beach on beautiful and exclusive Highway 30-A.  The house has 2 queen 
bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps six and is a short 4-5 minute stroll to the white sands and blue waters 
of the Gulf of Mexico.  The house is also perfectly situated next to the cabana pool and a gated 
playground making it the perfect vacation getaway for a small family or two couples.

For your comfort, one bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath and balcony.  The other 
bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath.  The living area  has a full sleeper sofa.  The 
full-size kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and conveniences to assure your cooking 
pleasure. Porches off the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs living area provide a comfortable 
setting for taking it easy. In addition, there is a patio off the kitchen with a gas grill and eating 
area to cook and enjoy a steak or freshly-caught fish.

The Rosemary Beach Community has a total of 4 pools (one indoor and heated for cooler temperatures), 
tennis courts and cute restaurants and shops within walking distance.  Additionally, there are 5 golf 
courses within 20 miles of our house.  Bring your bikes and enjoy the 30-A bicycle trail which 
connects the nearby coastal communities of Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

Sunday to Sunday rentals during the summer months.
