Dec 1 - Jan 31    $4,500/month    $300/extra night   
Feb 1 - Mar 31    $3,700/month    $200/extra night
Apr 1 - Apr 30    $3,600/month    $300/extra night  
May 1 - Aug 31    $3,700/month    $300/extra night  
Sep 1 - Nov 30    $3,600/month    $150/extra night

G.E. tax (11.96%)
$300 non-refundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit
(refundable 5 working days after checking out w/ no damage, $1000 
refundable security deposit if stay more than 30 
days)
$1000 deposit is required upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Utility & Cable TV are included in the rent.

We accept credit card via paypal. There will be a fee of 2.9% for 
each transaction charged by paypal.
