On one hand, there's the largest manmade lake in the state, Lake Norman. When filled to capacity, its surface area is 32,510 acres with a shoreline of 520 miles and a main channel 34 miles in length — thus its nickname, the "Inland Sea." Thirteen miles of the shoreline are in the state park, which provides boating access. What a location! This one year old 5 bedroom lake front home is located inside 1900 acre Lake Norman State Park. The park has a free boat launch, 12 miles of mountain bike trails, 6 miles of hiking trails, canoe and paddle boat rentals,a community building, picnic shelters and the largest swimming area on Lake Norman. This premier vacation rental affords views of the lake from every balcony, the decks, the kitchen & living room areas and from each of the 5 bedrooms! A few of the amenities includes a pool table, wide screen TV's, WiFi connection, washer/dryer, a bathroom for each bedroom and a jacuzzi tub & walk in shower in the master bathroom, plus a private cove for swimming! There are five bedrooms with the master suite having a king bed and the other four having queens. The master suite has its own private deck and so does three other bedrooms. There are three full and three half baths. You will have your own private wooded cove and dock. This home is ideal for family vacations, business meetings, reunions and weddings.

The park has a swimming area, free boat launch, community building that will hold over 100 people (ideal for weddings and business meetings), picnic shelters, mountain bike and hiking trails, canoe and paddle boat rentals.
