The on property pond is stocked and close enough to cast your line off the back deck.

3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with queen size bed, bunkroom with 2 sets of oversized bunks, and a lower level bedroom with queen size bed, additional sleeping space can be achieved with sleeper sofa, gourmet style kitchen (fully equiped), free standing bar, gas barbeque, wood-burning barbeque, washer and dryer, 3 TVs, Dish network, 3 DVD players, board games, poker table, 3 fireplaces (one in master bedroom), outdoor firepit with outdoor furniture, gazebo and large back deck with built in seating overlooking the pond, trails to back of the property to the Big Creek

Week nights (Sunday-Thursday) $300

Weekends (Friday-Saturday) $395

Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) $395

3 night minimum

Cleaning fee of $200 will be added to total charges

Weekly rate $2200-$2765

50% due upon reservation unlesss reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, if so, 100% due upon reservation

Full Payment must be received 30 days prior to first day of rental date.
