you. It is time for some fun in the sun. Welcome to Emerald Towers 
West. A quiet building with only 44 condos, Emerald Towers West is 
located in beautiful Okaloosa Island - home to one of the most 
beautiful sugar white sandy beaches on the Emerald Coast.  
Seasonally heated swimming pool available on the premises.

This two bedroom two bathroom luxurious condo has been recently 
remodeled with all the upgrades you could expect - professionally 
decorated throughout with granite countertops and all new quality 
furnishings. The only problem here is leaving!  Grab your beach book 
and head out to the spacious balcony.  Watch the dolphins go by from 
the privacy of your fifth floor balcony with unobstructed views of 
the ocean in all directions. 

Direct ocean views from Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen as well 
as Master Bedroom. Guest Bedroom has views of the Sound also.

Master Bedroom boasts King Size top of the line bedding and 
incredible oceanviews. Full size private bathroom ensuite. Sliding 
glass doors provide easy access to private balcony. Views to the 
south and the east from bedroom. TV in bedroom.

Guest Bedroom offers Queen Size luxury bedding with second full size 
private bathroom. TV in room, too. This place is perfect for two 
couples vacationing together or families.  Living room has 
additional space for overnight guests with a pull out Queen size 
sleeper sofa - comfortable enough for adults!

Plenty of space to stretch out in the living room to watch the ocean 
waves or catch the big game on TV with VCR too. Dining area has 
seating for six with additional seating available at breakfast bar. 
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and ready for you to 
fix that next seafood feast. Welcome basket provides you with 
morning coffee and condiments for late arrivals.

visit places just a short drive away.
