Waterford Lodge in Lake Hartwell

Waterford Lodge is an authentic log home complete with all the modern conveniences we’ve all grown accustomed to. Newly available 25-FOOT PONTOON BOAT for rent! Rental fee is 15% less than the local marina. Waterford Lodge is located in Martin, GA in a community named Windsor Shores. It's 2 hours from Atlanta but it feels like a million miles away. The setting is private, but not isolated.
With a deep water, floating dock (that means we always have water) we're on a part of Lake Hartwell that is active, but not too busy...just enough. Drop your boat or jet ski in the water just a few minutes away from the dock. Our covered dock has a slide for the kiddo's and plenty of life vests.

This home is perfect for swimmers, skiers, wake boarders and children. The fully-equipped kitchen will allow easy group meal preparation. The dining table seats eight and then more at the kitchen bar.

The terrace level is equipped with an authentic pine bar, living area, 4th bedroom with full bathroom and a media room with theatre seats..

Downtown Toccoa is about a 20 minute drive. There is a grocery store in addition to restaurants, banks, package stores, etc. There is an adorable downtown street with art galleries, a few cute little shops and stores any antiquary would enjoy. Helen, GA is an adorable 'German' town where you can tube down the Chattahoochee River. You can also go white water rafting on the Chattooga River and/or explore the 3 falls at Brass Town Falls.
