Falmouth is very quaint with great restaurants, numerous beaches and various opportunities for shopping.  Mashpee Commons is just a short drive. The close-by towns of Falmouth and Woodshole offer more charming restaurants and shopping, oceanographic institute with a great marine life exhibit and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for an exciting day trip or whale watching

Weekly Rental Rate $1600.00 from Saturday to Saturday

$250.00 refundable deposit.         

$130.00 Cleaning fee.

Rates may increase during 4th of July and Labor Day week
