FAMILIES ONLY, PLEASE, AND WELL-BEHAVED DOGS WELCOME.  THIS IS A THREE-SEASON RENTAL, AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY AND OCTOBER.  Ask about our pet policy (deposit and fee required).

Pine trees and the ocean!  Quiet, comfortable and spacious beach house, nestled among the pines, 2.5 blocks from the ocean (dog-friendly Dewey Beach) and near Silver Lake, in a wooded section of the Rehoboth-by-the-Sea, on the OCEAN side of Route 1.

This 3-bedroom house comfortably accommodates 6-8 people, in one king, one queen, two twins, and two day beds (twin size) in the living room.  The house is equipped with A/C units and central heat.  It has a well-equipped kitchen remodeled in 2011, cable TV/DVD player, and WiFi internet connection.  There is a fabulous, large screened-in front porch, as well as a sizeable back deck with an outdoor hot shower.  There are two grills -- one coal BBQ and one gas grill, in a shady and private backyard.  The house is located on a safe, quiet street.  Kid- and dog-friendly, with parking for 2-3 cars.  Walk (15-20 min.) or bike (5 min.) to Rehoboth/Boardwalk/FunLand (a mid-century amusement park). Close drive to shopping, movies, outlet malls.

        Note:  Dogs are welcome on the beach in Dewey before 9:30AM and after 5:30PM in the summer and any time off-season.  Dog permit tags are required and are available for a nominal fee at the Dewey Beach Town Hall.

Thanks for considering our beach house!  We rent full weeks only in season (June, July, August), but would consider renting Sunday-Friday off season (after Labor Day) at reduced rates.

Our 2012 weekly rates are:
June $1,800-$2,150
Late June and July to mid-August $2,250
Late August to mid-September $1,750-$1,300
Late September to early October $1,150-$950

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a damage deposit and a pet fee.  Families only, please.
