The Seaside Villa is the second property from salt water access to a Popponesset Bay that leads to an open ocean.
Short walk to a beautiful Popponesset Beach and Bird Sanctuary.
The house features 1850 sq. ft of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2+1/2 baths with mosaic tile, gallery kitchen, outdoor shower, two brick fireplaces, fenced deck with BBQ grill, central A/C and much more.

Popponesset Beach, Popponesset Split and Bird Sanctuary: a unique setting with a calm bay on one side of the split and an open ocean on the other.
House Size: 1850 sq. ft. on a 0.27 acre lot.
Oversized Master Bedroom with 1 King bed, fireplace and 1/2 bath (2nd floor).
Pink and Blue guest bedrooms with 2 Twin beds in each room share a full bath (2nd floor).
A family room with a day bed convertible into 2 twins and access to a full bath (1st floor).
Outdoor Shower, two brick fireplaces, fully applienced kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, disposal, coffee maker, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, pots, hardwood floors throughout the house, beach chairs, patio furniture, charcoal BBQ Grill.

Check-in anytime after 4:00 pm on your arrival day and check-out anytime prior to 12:00 pm on your departure day.
Sheets, linens, pillows, blankets are not provided. At the Seaside Villa, we truly believe that hygiene is the key to good health and healthy living. Please bring your own pillows, pillow cases, sheets and blankets.

Enjoy theraputic massages at the villa. Additional $75 pp an hour, 4 persons minimum. Should be scheduled at least 3 days prior to arrival.
