In-season: Either unit is primarily offered as a weekly stay. Weekly stay requests accepted any time.  Stays for less than a week available at weekly stay rate.  

5-night minimum stay requests considered if unit is available one month prior to Check-In date, or less.  Rates vary.  Stays for less than 5 nights available at 5 night rate.

3 night weekend reservations only considered if availability exists one week prior to requested Check-In date.  Preference for highest offer.  Stays less than 3 nights available at 3 night rate.

In Season Week (usually Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun, ask about other days)- $4,300-$4,500

Dewey Wkd (5-nights, Wed or Thurs Check-In) - $3,700-$3,995 

Holidays, Special Events - $4,500/week

No weekend or Dewey Weekends reserved more than one month in advance if requested Check - In date.

No 2-night reservations, unless offered as "Last-Minute" special.

All rentals add:

3% Dewey Beach Accomodations tax

$200 cleaning fee

$1000 Security Deposit (refundable)

        or

$300(refundable) w/ purchase of Damage Protection Insurance - $3-5K minimum coverage, special conditions apply.

Senior Week/Early June: Guests under age of 21 - parents must agree to sign and notarize a letter accepting responsibility for damages or other accidents, or situations arising from all guests' in attendance behavior or actions.

Valid credit card, and detailed bank information required prior to preparing Rental Agreement.

Cancellations made within 60 days of Check-In date forfeit all funds paid.

Cancellations made more than 60 days of reservation - refund of total paid, minus $250 administrative fees.
