Vacation Rental Description

This 1800 sq. ft. property is 3 years old.  It comes fully furnished 
with 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed and a full.  The king and 
queen beds are new.   
Located on a quiet street and backs up to a 25 acre park.  It 
includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen utinsils, plates and 
cups, coffee maker, barbeque, beautiful manicured back lawn and 
patio furniture.  Smoking OK outside please and small pets are OK.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is very close to all the west valley hot spots.  
Wigwam Golf and Spa, 1 mile.  Cardnal's stadium,(2008 Super bowl) 5 
miles.  Coyote's Hockey Arena, 5 miles.  Suprise Baseball Spring 
Taining, 7 miles.  Peoria & Maryvale Spring Training, 10 Miles.  
Cabela's outdoor store, 5 miles.  P.I.R., 10 miles.  Downtown 
Phoenix approx. 10 miles.  Rental car can be arranged.

Activities and Attractions

Relax and do nothing or play golf everyday.  You will not have 
trouble finding something unique to do during your stay. Sunny and 
warm nearly every day makes for a restful getaway. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$850.00 per week includes all utilities, daily paper, and all HOA 
fees. $1750.00 during PIR events, Fiesta Bowl & Super Bowl. $250.00 
deposit due on booking, balance due 15 days from arrival. A small 
refundable security deposit may be required.  Most 
bookings Saturday to Saturday.  Email me with questions. 
Special pricing consideration for stays longer than 1 week.
$550.00 per week rate starts June 1, goes thru August 31.
