boogie boarding, or just relaxing and soaking up the sun. After a
great day of beach fun, relax with your favorite beverage and watch
the whales or enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian Sunset.
Located on three beautiful acres of lush Polynesian gardens, the
condo is situated in a quiet location of the complex. Relax on your
lanai, and enjoy the sound of waves crashing, song birds, coconut
palms, tropical flowers, and plumeria trees. The complex also offers
a huge pool and Jacuzzi for your enjoyment and relaxation. Gas BBQ�s
& picnic tables are also provided. Beach cooler & towels are
included with your condo at no additional charge. Shopping and
Restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is free.

Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 725 sq. ft. condo
with a private covered lanai. Designer ceiling fans are located in
the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a queen
bed that is comfortable and firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa &
additional trifold children's futon. The condo comfortably sleeps 4
adults, but we can accomodate an additional child. All linens and
towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything.
Condo includes cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, and free wireless high speed
internet.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching,
surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping &
restaurants. Tennis, hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, Maui Aquarium, museums
are a short distance away.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
