Casa Invierno is a 3 bedroom tropical pool home on beautiful Pine Island. Enjoy the lush tropical view as you lounge in the pool and watch magnificent birds fly overhead. This 1800 sq foot home features gorgeous tile throughout, high ceilings and a glass wall of doors offering spectacular views of the pool from the living room. Two of the bedrooms and the guest bath have direct access to the pool deck which is protected by a manyard cage. Enjoy the tropical breezes while dining on the patio or inside dining with central air. Home features full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, full stove, microwave and refrigerator. A washer and dryer add to the convenience. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closets and master bath with whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third a twin. The guest bath has a tub shower combination. Located on a quiet street with lush foliage to the rear of the property Casa Invierno is ideally situated within walking distance of the bike path which runs the length of the island. The home is also close to several waterside restaurants and tiki bars.

Explore the shops and colorful fishing village of Matlacha. Day trip to Sanibel, Naples, Fort Myers Beach and city but return to the "Old Florida" charm of Pine Island.
