The Sea Breeze condominium is located on the portion of Madeira Beach where the white sand beach is the widest.  There's more of that famous sugar-white sand for you to enjoy.  This condo offers a 3rd floor, Gulf front perch, overlooking the wide beach and tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Spend your time being mesmerized by the sounds of sea birds, along with the waves lapping against the shoreline. 

Seabreeze unit 304 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully equipped condominium unit, with all the comforts of home.  The condo is in excellent condition and is sure to please everyone in the family.  This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests - 2 in a king bed in the master, 2 in twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and 2 on the living room sleeper sofa.

Outside you will find a beautifully kept, beachfront pool area that features a large swimming pool, large hot tub, bar-b-que grills, tiki huts and even a bocce ball court.

You private balcony offers views of some of the most spectacular sunsets to be seen anywhere.  During the day you will see dolphins play in the Gulf, fishermen along the shore, and boats traveling offshore from John's Pass.

John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is less than 1/2 mile away, and offers much to do for everyone in the family - tiki bars, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, candy stores, surf shop, and much more.  Recently the boardwalk added a Bubba Gump Shrimp Company and a Hooter's Wing House.  There are also several independent local eateries (these are where the locals go).

This condo offers all the comforts of home.  All linens are provided (except beach towels), a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture.
