Our three bedroom vacation home features two private decks in the middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting in Sea Pines Resort, complete with your own private hot tub! You'll find beautifully coordinated designer furnishings throughout. Included are new “pillow-top” mattresses and upscale linens in all bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep.The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath, and a deck for quiet relaxation and enjoyment of the hot tub.The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a bath ensuite. The third bedroom offers two extra long twins that can be converted into a king-sized bed. The Carolina Room can serve as the 4th bedroom and has queen size sleeper sofa with optional pillow top. We also have a pack-n-play with sheets so you can take the little one along! 

All bedrooms have new flat screen Sony TV's for your entertainment along with HD cable TV and WiFi provided by Time Warner Cable. Our home is also stocked with games and we have a library with books and DVD's for children and adults. There is an iPod docking stereo system located in the Carolina Room. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view--great for cocktails and entertaining. 

Some of us love to cook when we come to the beach! We have a kitchen stocked with new Emerilware and all the appliances that you need to cook for your crowd. Want to fire up the barbie? We have a NEW Weber gas grill waiting for you. Not up for cooking? There are restaurants within walking distance. 

Our newly renovated and professionally decorated beach home is centrally located in Sea Pines Plantation in Greenwood Forest.  There are two bedrooms with king beds, and the third bedroom has two XL twins. The beds have all new pillow top mattresses with high quality linens.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Carolina room.  We also have WiFi, a landline phone, cable (with a box and built in DVR) and a DVD player.  The house has 4 flat screen TV's along with a stereo system with an ipod docking station.  We also have a variety of DVD's, books and games.  The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal, and we have a new Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional one.  We also have beach chairs and boogie boards for your use.   This secluded forest setting in Sea Pines Plantation has access to the neighborhood pool, a tennis court and a basketball court, and a playground. Our vacation house is a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town or a 5 minute bike ride to the Beach. We also have a membership at South Beach Racquet Club and every renter gets an hour of FREE tennis play at South Beach for each day of your stay! 

Our beautiful beach home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic in Sea Pines Resort. This 2,100 square foot vacation home is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation and is a short walk to the 6th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links. Choose between a secluded beach or the Sea Pines Beach Club. 

We are within walking distance of Sea Pines Center which is a shopping area and trolley stop that takes you to key places in Sea Pines.  You can drive to the Beach Club or ride the bikes to a private beach.  We are less than a mile from the beach.

You have your own private hot tub off the master bedroom (no extra fee), a free hour of tennis at South Beach Racquet Club daily during your stay, and free bikes available at the house.  The neighborhood also has a nice pool, tennis court, playground and basketball court.
