Vacation Rental Description

This year round western-style retreat is nestled in the heart of the 
Rocky Mountains at the base of Ten Mile Range. Truly  ski-in/ski-out 
situated only 50 yards from the new Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift 
and 
one half block from Main Street. Professionally decorated with river 
rock fireplace, antler chandelier, slate flooring and countertops, 
antique wood skis, tobaggon and snow ski shoes decorate the walls. 
The two balconies offer awesome panoramic views of the mountains, 
the 
Arapaho National Forest and the slope 9 run. The master bedroom 
suite 
has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full and twin
log bunk bed. The kitchen's fully equipped with dishwasher, 
coffeemaker, microwave. Seperate dining room, Living room with sofa 
sleeper. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo boasts an array of amenities and services in an ideal 
location. Heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 4 large hot tubs, 
dry and steam sauna, 
exercise facility, numerous restaurants and bars, shops, conference 
rooms, Garage parking offered, Shuttle service around town 
complimentary, Blue Sage Spa, on-site medical center, Lift ticket-
ski 
rental on site. Elevators, cribs ($15.00 per night) Children's 
activities. Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking Allowed!
Cable TV's, hairdryer, fluffy towels, luxury linens, telephone, iron 
and ironing board and WI-FI wireless internet in condo!

Early Ski Season: 11/10- 12/22   $205.00 per nt.
Winter Holiday Season: 12/23- 01/01  $640.00 per nt.
Value Season: 01/02- 02/16   $325.00 per nt.
Regular Ski Season: 02/17-04/20  $395.00 per nt.
Spring,  Fall Season: 04/21- 09/01  $120.00 per nt.
Summer Season:09/02- 11/09 $110.00 per nt.
10.675% tax and $80 cleaning fee addl.   $15 heated garage parking for winter ski season
Lots to do- River rafting, canoeing, biking, hiking, fishing, golf, 
swimming, hot tubs, on-site Spa.
