Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is located in The Myrtle Beach Resort, one of the most ﷯﷯
popular full-amenity ocean front vacation destinations on the beach. ﷯﷯
Whether you are coming to the white sandy beaches of South Carolina ﷯﷯
for fun and sun in the summer, golfing or to escape the winter ﷯﷯
doldrums, our condo is for you. ﷯﷯
﷯﷯Our bright, condo is very roomy, comfortably furnished, well ﷯﷯
maintained with personal touches. It can comfortably sleep six. The ﷯﷯
bedroom with queen bed has private access to the bathroom. There is ﷯﷯
a private alcove with two bunk beds, and the living room has a very ﷯﷯
comfortable queen-size pullout sofa. Full-sized kitchen with all ﷯﷯
appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, ﷯﷯
and refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining area seats six.  Our ﷯﷯
unit also has a telephone, central air conditioning, and two TV’s ﷯﷯
with VCR/DVD and cable/HBO.  WI-FI capability. Balcony boasts two ﷯﷯
separate views of the ocean and the condo sits directly next to a ﷯﷯
beautiful pond with fountains with lots of afternoon sun. You can ﷯﷯
sit on the patio and over look the best views the resort has to ﷯﷯
offer.﷯﷯
Our five-story building has a "Winter Center" with a heated indoor ﷯﷯
pool, weight room, sauna, Jacuzzi, shower and a game room.  ﷯﷯
Handicapped accessible with an entrance ramp, luggage carts and an ﷯﷯
elevator. Private sun decks and laundry room are steps away. ﷯﷯

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a self-contained, private, 36-acre ocean-﷯﷯
front paradise located in the heart of the Grand Strand with 750 ﷯﷯
feet of sandy white beach. There is a private gate guard as you ﷯﷯
enter the area, 24 hour security, cabana bar with live entertainment ﷯﷯
(in season), a poolside snack bar and a deli on premise. Inside the ﷯﷯
gates you will discover an ocean front wonderland filled with ﷯﷯
inclusive recreational amenities, which include a new heated 375 ft ﷯﷯
Lazy River, a water park, plunge pool, six swimming pools (two ﷯﷯
indoor), the largest pool on the beach, health spas, steam rooms, ﷯﷯
saunas, 4 whirlpools (three indoor and one outdoor), an exercise ﷯﷯
room, saunas, steam rooms and shower. The resort also has lighted ﷯﷯
tennis courts, playground, basketball, bocce ball and volley ball ﷯﷯
courts, putting green and game rooms all within walking distance of ﷯﷯
our condo. Grills and tables are located by the playground.  During ﷯﷯
the summer months, there are scheduled activities for children. 

Activities and Attractions

Myrtle Beach has been selected the "Best Family Beach 2003!" by the ﷯﷯
Travel Channel. Amusement parks, water parks, restaurants, live ﷯﷯
entertainment, museums, nature preserves and outlet shopping. The ﷯﷯
Myrtle Beach area also boasts one of the finest collections of golf ﷯﷯
courses, gaining the nickname "Seaside Golf Capital of the World". ﷯﷯
The International Association of Golf Tour Operators named the ﷯﷯
Myrtle Beach area the golf destination of the year ‘2000 - tops in ﷯﷯
the world. There are over 100 golf courses. Golfers hear the ﷯﷯
words "Myrtle Beach" and feel a sudden urge to pack their bags, golf ﷯﷯
bag first.  The airport is within 3 miles of the Resort.
