Mission Beach San Diego Family Friendly 3BR Summer 2013 Open in Mission Bay

Located on a bayside court in historic North Mission Beach, this four
year old home has it all and is the ideal San Diego get-away. Steps
to the beach and bay (6 houses to the bay, 8 houses to the beach!)
walking distance to groceries, beach rentals, quality restaraunts
and the famous Belmont Park Roller Coaster. Queen sized bed in
Master Bedroom, Full Sized bed in the next, Two twins in the other
and a pull out couch! Full Sized kitchen with granite counters,
stainless appliances and an open floor plan. Roof top deck with
patio furniture with Beach and Bay Views!

At the end of the court north of ours (Santa Clara) lies the Mission
Bay Aquatic Center, the top regional (sail, surf, ski) school in the
world!

This newer (Built in 2006) contemporary home has no shared walls! Travertine floors and comfortable furniture throughout! Master Bedroom features large
closets, Queen Sized Bed and private deck! Other bedrooms feature
twin and full sized beds. (sleeps 3-6 persons comfortably...7 max with fold out couch...)

Cable TV and Wireless Internet!

Managed by the owner, you will be treated as our guest! Personal
service has ensured our success in our third summer doing weekly
rentals. (Owner lives about a one mile bike ride away)

Granite counter tops and Stainless steel appliances are ideal for
those lazy summmer evening stay at home dinners! Roof top decks
with Ocean and Bay views (over 400 square feet) provide the perfect
place for relaxing, sunning, reading, etc... Barbecues are included
up top!

Parking for up to two vehicles is included! (Large SUV's,
Suburbans, etc., are difficult to park in MB...)  We are also located within a quick walk of the large parking areas of the Mission Bay Yacht Club and Aquatic Center.

Home comes complete with dishes, linens, beach towels, sand chairs and more!

Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp District are
all within a ten minute drive!

Mixed use paths make it so you don't need to drive. The beautiful
Mission Bay Bicycle/walking loop is a 10 mile loop with no cars!
(Bicycle Storage is included...)

We like to rent to families and or like minded active people whom
are coming to San Diego to enjoy the lifestyle. If your intentions
are to party noon and night, we suggest you look elsewhere. (We do
not rent to groups under 25 years of age...) Our knowledge of the
area and of the best restaraunts, surf spots, parks and recreation
will help make your experience all that it can be!

We do Saturday-Saturday
rentals only...Price is all inclusive! (no hidden cleaning fees...)

June 15 - 29th $2300 Weekly plus SD Hotel Tax (10.5%)

June 29 - August $2600 Weekly plus SD Hotel Tax (10.5%)

We only do Summer Weekly rentals..thanks.

$500 Deposit Due at signing. Remainder due 21 days prior to
arrival. Deposit is fully refundable. In the event of a cancellation
30 days or more prior to arrival, $200 of your deposit will be
returned. Paypal is fine for deposit,
balance through money order, certified check or personal check.
(rates do not include 10.5% San Diego Hotel Tax)

Check in is Saturdays after 3pm, Checkout is Saturdays by 10 am. Thanks!
