Our home is located in the prestige Del Lago Circle.  Gaurd house entry with a gorgeous water view.  The home is in a private subdivision, and backs The Legends Golf Course.  
We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  3600 sq. ft., two story home that has lots of travertine tile & carpet in all of the right places. Master bedroom with large bathroom, separate tub and shower, dual sinks, & a exit door to the pool;
Also downstairs, a formal living room, with fireplace, a family room with exit to the side patio, laundry, half bath, formal dining, and kitchen with granite, stainless steel, and a eat-in kitchen/breakfast area. 
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room with fireplace and awesome pool table.  Game room also has exit doors to the balcony overlooking the Legends Golf Course and has beautiful mountain views. 
The three bedrooms are 2 queen beds, and one bunk bed with full size on the bottom, leaving us with room to sleep 9 comfortably.  Our relaxing pool, built-in BBQ, 3 Car Garage, and intercom 
system throughout, to include the patio area, only add to this wonderful vacation spot.  We are located close to Arrowhead mall, and tons of other shopping sites. Just down the road is Thunderbird
Hiking Park. Located just North of the 101 & Beardsly road, you have easy access to West Glendale (Cardinals Stadium, Jobingcom arena, & Westgate shopping, dinning, and nightlife).  For the kids, just off of the 101 & Thunderbird rd., Rio Vista Park with splash pad, playground, BBQ area, fishing, skateboard park and more.  Just South on 59th Ave at Union Hills, The Glendale Recreation Center, and for Summer time fun, only minutes away from Wet & Wild water park.  Gorgeous mountain & city views!

Standard Non Holiday Weekday Rate- $265 per night, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur with a 3 night minimum

Standard Non-Holiday Weekend Rate-$285 per night, Fri, Sat, Sun

Standard Non- Holiday Weekly Rates-$1600.00 per week

Standard Non-Holiday Monthly Rate $6000.00 per month

Holiday Nights are considered the Holiday as well as the day before and the day after. Holiday Nightly Rate $300.00 per Night

Holiday Weeks Are considered the Sun - Sat of the holiday week Holiday Weekly Rate $1800.00 per Week

Holiday months are the months including the following Holidays... Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holiday Monthly Rate $6500.00

A fully refundable $1500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.A $200.00 Non refundable cleaning deposit is also required. Any cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date to receive your deposit refund. 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays must be cancelled 3 months in advance to receive a deposit refund. 
Full payments for all nights must be made 14 days prior to occupancy - holiday weekends require full payment at least 30 days in advance. This payment is non-refundable. 
Missing/damaged items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from the security deposit refund.
