Holiday Nights are considered the Holiday as well as the day before and the day after. Holiday Nightly Rate $150.00 per Night

Holiday Weeks Are considered the Sun - Sat of the holiday week Holiday Weekly Rate $1100.00 per Week

Holiday months are the months including the following Holidays... Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holiday Monthly Rate $1700.00

A fully refundable $500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.A $100.00 Non refundable cleaning deposit is also required. Any cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date to receive your deposit refund. 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays must be cancelled 3 months in advance to receive a deposit refund. 
Full payments for all nights must be made 14 days prior to occupancy - holiday weekends require full payment at least 30 days in advance. This payment is non-refundable. 
Missing/damaged items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from the security deposit refund.
