vacation rental description
Our little, yellow cottage is the 3rd house from the beach and sits back off the road down a private driveway. Your well-behaved dogs are always welcome and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Its time to book your spring or summer getaway to get your choice of dates. Or perhaps September is your favorite time at the beach. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBT friendly.
We still have a great selection of dates for May and September, and a few prime weeks left for the summer.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with 2 twin beds. It also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a full kitchen, upstairs bathroom with shower, and downstairs "beach" bathroom for those quick, sandy runs up from the beach. There is an outdoor shower in the summer with hot and cold water and a full laundry room. We of course have a/c, heat, cable tv and wifi. There is off-street parking for 3 cars under the cottage.

A short walk will get you anywhere in Dewey Beach. A short drive will get you into downtown Rehoboth to stroll the boardwalk or up to the outlets for all the shopping you can stand. If you like to fish, the inlet is just a few miles south.
There is always something to do at the beach!
vacation rental rates
Rentals are Friday to Friday during the summer. Partial weeks are available off-season. A $350 refundable security deposit is required, along with $175/week pet fee, if applicable. The cleaning fee is $70.

May 3 - May 31 $1500/week OR $850 for Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri
May 31 - June 28 $2000/week
June 28 - Aug 16 $2300/week
