There is no shortage of fun things to do right in your neighborhood. 

The corner townhome is a bright and spacious 1400 sq ft with 2.5 bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. You will love the convenience of the one-car garage. It has beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wheelie cooler - perfect for a relaxing day beachside! 

Inside your townhome, every room is spacious and beautifully decorated with eclectic island style. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace; new leather sectional; 42" LCD TV; breakfast bar with seating for 4; and a drop-leaf bistro table. The living rooms western wall is spanned with a large western facing balcony, perfect for watching the evening sky hues change as the sun begins its descent. The kitchen is HUGE and fully stocked with everything the chef needs to create. Off of the kitchen is a deep balcony with table and chairs, that is a great spot for al fresco dining. There is a dishwasher; microwave; ceramic top range; full-size fridge/freezer; as well as the small appliances you would hope for: toaster, coffee maker, blender.

Upstairs the large master has a king-sized bed, 32" LCD TV and private entrance to the upstairs bath, which has been newly remodeled. The guest bedroom has both a queen and a double bed in it, as well as a new 32" LCD TV and large walk-in closet. Both rooms are bright and welcoming with quality linens that bode well for a good night's sleep at the end of a busy day in the sun!

Feb & April $3750  + $175 cleaning and 12% tax = $4396

March $4000 + $175 cleaning and 12% tax = $4676

All prices are plus a $59 insurance premium for a $5000 damage protection plan & a $150 credit card authorization that only results in a charge in the event of damages, in which case it covers the first $150. Otherwise the authorization expires in 30 days without ever becoming a charge.
