Beautiful landscaping throughout the villa.  Our kitchen has a fabulous island and has everything you need to cook you will feel like you are a chef in a gorgeous kitchen. All stainless steel appliances are (Viking brand). Double wrought-iron & glass doors open to an elegant 2-story entry with grand staircase & 2nd floor balcony. The 2-story formal living room with fireplace flows to the family room with built -in entertainment center & French doors -- the eat-in & walk-in pantry -- leading to the banquet-size formal dining room. 2 bedrooms and an office & laundry room complete the main level. Upstairs are 4 in suite family bedrooms, a home theater & a huge master bedroom with fireplace, two covered terraces, 2 walk-in closets, a sitting area plus a lavish master bathroom with spa tub. Universal Studios Hollywood is a 15 minute drive.. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm is a 45 minute drive and Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor Water park is a 30 minute drive.. World famous Malibu Beach, Santa Monica, and Venice Beaches are all about a 30 minute drive and the famous Marina Del Rey as well.. For your dining experience, we are just a five minute drive to ventura blvd, where there are lots of great resturants, Cafes, movie theater and lots of yogart and ice cream places. Yes, we are located near a starbucks.. Our Markets are all about a 5-10 minute drive and we have Whole Foods Organic Market, Gelsons, (it's specialty market),  and a  very big Ralphs all within minutes of each other.
