Located on Ocean Boulevard, this condominium is just across the 
street from the ocean with access to the only private fishing pier 
on the Isle of Palms.

Very comfortable, smoke-free, and recently updated, family friendly 
condominium located on the first floor of the "A" building.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath.

There is a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom.

A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping if needed.

Enjoy a family game of scrabble or Yahtzee, cozy up with a book or embark on a 
jigsaw puzzle. Use ours or bring your own.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the 
beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with 
live music), local shopping, and activities. Awesome shopping 
just over the IOP connector – 5 minutes away. Play at some of the area's finest golf 
courses. Enjoy the wide beaches, tidal pools, swimming in the surf, 
searching for star fish and sand dollars, or a little game of low 
tide bocceball.

Downtown Charlestonis just 12 miles away. Learn 
more about this charming historic town on a horse-drawn carriage 
ride or tourCharlestonBay and Forte Sumter by boat.

Nice condo - great location

We were very pleased with this condo for two couples. We had never been to the Charleston are before and were looking for something moderately priced. The location was great, the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice short walk to the pier and beach which would be great in warmer weather.

The only suggestions we have would be to replace the pans in the kitchen (the ones there were so worn out that they didn't clean easily) and to replace all the burnt out light bulbs.

We would definitely stay there again.

Owners response: Thanks for the comments. We are glad you found the beds to be comfortable, the unit clean and the location great.

Normally we keep light bulbs in the closet for those times when they burn out during your stay. I have restocked the closet and also changed the bulbs that were burned out. A quick call or email and I could have handled the situation for you during your stay.

I have thrown out the older pans and replaced with heavy stainless steel - these may work better than the non stick version that was here. I also purchased a large seafood steamer pot that should be useful here at the coast. Often when people are on vacation they do not use the plastic utensils provided and will use a fork, knife or spoon that damages the surface of those non stick pans.

We are glad that you would stay here again and trusted that the issues could be resolved. We would love to have you back. I do think you would enjoy the warmer time on the island.

Very Nice Condo - Great Location

This was our first trip to South Carolina and we wanted to stay near the beach. This condo was conveniently located at the entrance to the Isle of Palms and was only a block away from the beach and very close to local shops and restaurants. Additionally, it was an easy drive into downtown Charleston and the airport.

The condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We ate most meals in and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was very comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy some much needed time away from the every day grind.

Dawn and Randy provided excellent communication as we prepared for our trip and throughout our stay. They genuinely want their guests to enjoy their stay on the Isle of Palms.

It is a beautiful area and especially convenient for beach lovers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a nice beach vacation with a few side trips into Charleston (there is plenty to see there).

Great location

This condo met our needs for 2 adults and 2 adolescent boys. The owners were most gracious and helpful with assisting us when we accidentally left our parking passes at home. While the condo is still being updated, it met all of our needs very well. It is very easy to find when arriving and the location is great. It is just a short walk from both a private beach and the public beach park. While it is not ocean view, it is literally across the street from the ocean. The access to a private pier is also nice. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. It is easy to get around the area and there are many things to see in Charleston. The ocean water was warm even this early in the summer and the pool was a lot of fun, too. Free wi-fi was included and there was cable tv in the living room and master bedroom. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 just because some of the decor is a bit dated. It is very functional though...5 for functionality. We couln't get enough of the ocean, though. Location, location, location!

Owners response: We appreciate the positive feedback and also the helpful tips on making our unit better for our guests. We have owned this unit for one year (our second property on the IOP) and will continue to make more improvements in the decor as time allows. We initially went in and replaced dated lamps ,bedding, mattresses, pictures and some of the furniture to make the unit more functional and comfortable. We have had quite a busy rental history over the past year - making it a bit difficult to get in to work on cosmetic issues. There is some dated wallpaper borders that we plan to remove and paint to update. We think this will make a big difference in the dated feel - we don't like it either :)

Again, we appreciate all feedback we receive and strive to make each of our units better for our guests!
