Interior:

The main level of the home features two livingrooms; both with stone fireplaces and plenty of seating.  There`s a large kitchen with cabinet lighting, a huge walk in pantry, dining area and wine/cocktail area.  A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and sink are also on the main floor for your convenience.  A nice full bathroom, equipt with plenty of towels and decorated in a "boaters theme" is on the main floor as well.  You will find one bedroom on the main floor with a full size bed for those that prefer main floor accommodations.

The upper level of the home features a huge master bedroom with both a king size and full size bed in it; along with a fireplace, private bathroom and private balcony that overlooks Spider Lake.  Off of the master bedroom you`ll find another livingroom that houses a full size futon for additional sleeping and entertaining.  Two of the bedrooms upstairs have full/full bunkbeds with a single trundle pull out bed; both of these bedrooms are good size rooms.  Another full bathroom with double sinks is also on the upper level.

Exterior:

Follow the brick walk around the home to your new deck with plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a kids picnic table for dining, entertaining, or just plain gazing at the stars.  This home has a stainless steel outdoor kitchen that includes a sink, range, oven and refriderator for cooking meals at the end of the day spent on the water.  There is also a nice gas grill on the deck to use if that`s more your style.  You have a private dock that comes with this home, as well as a 2 paddle boats and a pontoon boat to use (gas/instruction) are additional costs.  Take advantage of having your very own boat launch and bring your own boat!  The lawn is spacious and has a hammock and multiple chairs to use...a great place for kids to run around!  Plenty of parking and room for boat trailers.
 

Additional services that may be added would be daily housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, and/or any additional services requested.

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the downtown Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, para-sailing (for those who are brave), jet ski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

May 19 - June 15th $3900.00/week, $750.00/night (2 night minimum) 

June 16 - August 17 $5,200.00/week (Sunday - Sunday)

August 18 - September 15 - $3,900.00/week, $750.00/night (2 night minimum)

September 16, 2012 - May 18, 2013, $2,500.00/week, $600.00/night (2 night minimum)

6% sales tax and $285 housekeeping/processing fee added to each reservation-
