Your home away from home is a private, large, bright second
floor vacation apartment with central air/heat, full size refrigerator,
microwave, wet bar, tv and private entrance.
2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 2 full size beds.

Our reasonably priced vacation apartment is for travelers that
enjoy good music, unique people, interesting restaurants and
casual surroundings. Our Bed & Boogie vacation stay is a
little off-beat, a little off-the-beaten-track but most importantly - it
is fun! Musicians and artists are welcome.

No smoking. No pets.
Apt is 750 sq. ft / 70 sq m and comfortably accomodates 2-4
persons.

Street meter or city lot parking only (car is not necessary to enjoy
South Beach).

district. Our local neighborhood, located off Washington Avenue,
has fun, funky shops, eclectic eateries and hip boutiques. Only 2
blocks to the clear, warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

You are only steps from South Beach’s famed “Night Club Row”
- where the music is hot and the dance floor hotter. (Steps away
but far enough to sleep soundly any time of day). Ask about our
favorite art galleries, jazz, blues, jam sessions, Latin and more.

Walk only 2 short blocks to Tropical cafes on popular Ocean
Drive . This is “America’s Riviera”. Enjoy our wide, white sand
beaches and warm, blue Atlantic Ocean.

taste! All American hot dogs, home-made Italian pasta, Haitian,
Cuban, Argentinian steaks, Gelato, New York’s China Grill, TGIF
Fridays are just a few of the eateries in our neighborhood. Start

tostado, right here in our block.

foot, taxi, bus or the popular 25¢ ElectroWave Shuttle. Lincoln
Road, Española Way, Alton Road and Washington Avenue
shopping corridors are within minutes of your apartment. From
South Beach designers to the Gap to Versace - the latest styles
are here. Shop Miami's favorite tropical shops at Bayside
Marketplace, just over the causeway by bus or taxi (15 minute
scenic ride).

Activities!
Miami Children' Museum and Parrot Jungle are along the
causeway to Miami - easily reached by bus from our corner. See
concerts, Miami Heat Games at American Airlines Arena - all by
local bus or taxi across the causeway .

$1000/week), holidays excepted. Musician/artist discounts,
subject to availability.
