JC's Waterfront Home in Lake Livingston

  Hello and welcome to Jack and Charlotte's beautiful waterfront home!  This 2100 sq. ft. brick home is located on Lake Livingston with wonderful scenic views and over one acre of property to enjoy!

  The house has three spacious bedrooms, and all three have terrific views of the lake. The master bedroom is very large, and has a king sized bed.  The master bath has a whirlpool tub, and a seperate stand up shower.  It also has a large dressing table and walk in closet. 

  The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs.  One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed and a twin bed.  There is a second full bathroom upstairs. 

  The spacious living room has hardwood floors throughout, and flows into the dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen comes ready with all the cookware you will need, and plenty of dishes and silverware for your guests.  (a half-bath is also located downstairs)

  A 15 ft. by 20 ft. wood deck faces the lake and allows ample room for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the view!  A  BBQ grill is also available for cookouts on the deck.

  The house has it's own private pier, boat slip, and rope swing.   A perfect place to fish, go boating, swim, or enjoy your own private view of beautiful Lake Livingston. 

  If you are looking for an exciting and fun family vacation spot, this is the house for you!  If you are looking to get away from the 'hustle and bustle' of everyday life and relax in a cozy house with beautiful views and your own private spot on the lake...this is the house for you!  :o)

Please check the calendar for available dates, and let me know by phone or email which dates you would like to reserve the property.  $75 IS NEEDED TO HOLD A RESERVATION and this money can be put towards your total bill.  *A seven day notice of cancellation must be given to get money back.* 

This house is a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed.

There is NO washer/dryer available. (unless you stay five nights or longer)

We do NOT accept credit cards... cash or check only.

Check in is between 11 and 4 pm..... check out is between 2 and 4 pm.

If you are hoping to find a 'party' house where you can get 'crazy' and loud and party all night... THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU!  Our neighbors are courteous, friendly, and thoughtful... we only expect that from our renters.

If you are looking for 'five star' accomodations, new fixtures in all the bathrooms, and egyptian cotton sheets.... please go to the HILTON.  This house is not 'brand new' and has been lived in.  This house is professionally cleaned, and offers visitors a relaxing place to enjoy the lake.   We expect our guests to understand this, and respect the fact that this is someones home.... and not a hotel.  Please feel free to bring your own sheets and towels if you do not feel comfortable using the ones we supply.
