The large, separate bedroom has queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has separate vanity and bath areas.

The condo has beautiful travertine tile floors and tumbled stone countertops. Additional amenities include one-car garage, washer and dryer, cable TV with HBO, 2 flat screen TVs, dvd player, high-speed wireless internet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, all linens, and all-weather wicker patio furniture.

The new 7 million dollar Sawgrass Beach Club features a private beach, an adult pool, family pool, and oceanfront dining.

Ponte Vedra is strategically located less than 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville (home of the NFL Jaguars), with historic St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city, only 20 miles south. The World Golf Village and the World Golf Hall of Fame are just a few minutes' drive away. Orlando is a 2 hour drive.

Ponte Vedra is the world class headquarters of the Professional Golfer's Association (PGA Tour) and the international headquarters of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). The Player's Championship is played each May at Sawgrass TPC and the Sawgrass Country Club now hosts the Sony Ericsson WTA MPS Group Championships each April.

Temporary social membership to Sawgrass Country Club and Beach Club is available for an additional charge - $130/week, $390/month. Temporary social membership includes use of all dining facilities at Beach Club and Country Club, use of all pools, Beach Club, fitness center, and tennis. Golf is not included.

No smoking, no pets as per Association By-Laws.
