furnished home is perfect for a large family or group. Consisting of 5
bedrooms, each with A/C & 4.5 baths. It comfortably sleeps 14-18. The
modern kitchen is fully equipped (Range, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Icemaker),
and is stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The laundry is equipped with a
full sized washer and dryer. There are 4 full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.
There is a shower outdoors for post-beach cleanup. From the modern, fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and upscale accommodations, this home has everything you need for a
perfect Puerto Rico vacation and fishing adventure. Situated
directly on the water, in the beautiful mangrove forest of San Juan City, we
provide our guests direct water access to the one of the top 10 destinations
for tarpon in the world as well as deep-sea fishing, as listed by Sport Fishing
Magazine. You can rent a boat or bring your boat if you want. Fishing charters, scuba charters & Private tour available.

 Bedrooms contain air conditioning,  Bar equipped with ice maker, gas
BBQ, cable TVs, washer and dryer, & Wi-Fi, private patio and private garage
for two vehicles, linens and towels, iron and
board, hair dryer,  mini gym, pool table,
and more.  Unlimited use of the kayaks and paddle boars for our guests.

Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards for some more exploring on your
own! We can arrange transportation to the historic Old San Juan (10 minutes),
the El Yunque rainforest (25 minutes), scuba trip, and most of the spectacular
attractions Puerto Rico has to offer. When you experience Puerto Rico, you will find it to be the best kept secret in the Caribbean offering golf, snorkeling, horseback riding, scuba diving, surfing, fishing, hiking, boating and not to mention the outdoor dining and seaside restaurants, serving
