heart of The Blue Heron and Key Deer Refugee. At mile marker 30,

home is just a scenic 30-minute drive away from historic and exotic
Key West, the Southernmost Point in the Continental USA.
There is plenty of tropical landscaping surrounding this beautifully
decorated island home. Some of the many local attractions include,
quick access to fishing in the Atlantic and Florida Bay, diving at
Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, kayaking in the backwaters,
swimming and snorkeling at Bahia Honda State Park (1992 America’s
best beach). You can even watch our Key Deer come right up to the
front gate.
This home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a fully equipped
kitchen. In addition, the entire residence has island furniture, tile
floors, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, central
air conditioner unit and heater. Also, a gas grill is provided to cook your catch of
the day. Behind the residence sits a canal with access to the
Atlantic and Florida Bay waters. A neighborhood boat ramp is just 2
minutes away from the backyard dock.
