Large 3500 sq. ft. Family home, located 400 feet from homeowners shared private beach with McKinney Creek at the rear. Can sleep 14 comfortably. Has 5 bedrooms,5 baths and family room loft. This home is excellant for family reunions or multi-family get aways.
4 bedrooms have flatscreen t.v. with cable and built in dvd player.
2 bedrooms have King size beds with attached bathrooms.
3 bedrooms have 2 twins each and 1 of them with an attached bathroom. Other bathrooms are one per floor.
Master Suite is large, has own gas fireplace, sofa, relaxing chair with ottoman, 2 rollaway beds. Linens provided.
Down stairs great room floor plan, 30 ft. valted ceiling, stone fireplace, 40 in. flat screen tv. with cable, Free WiFi, 2 leather sofas. Large Deck with patio furniture, dual purpose barbeque.
All amenity kitchen. New stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, trash compactor, Dish washer, Washer & Dryer.
Large Parking or play area next to driveway. This is a vacant lot belonging to this home. 4 wheel drive recommended for driveway in winter. Snow removal is on a seasonal contract.
$400. per night rental
$200. Cleaning fee.
$500 security deposit, check returned upon OK from maid service and return of keys.
