House is charming, recently improved and decorated. First floor has large bedroom with queen bed; full bath; living room with cable tv and gas fireplace; family room with trundle bed; dining room; mini-office; and kitchen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed; "the dorm," with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds; and 2 full bathrooms. A/C and high-speed internet (complementary). Lovely front porch, seasonally screened or closed in. New large deck/patio with outdoor shower and BBQ.

Very large fenced-in yard with volleyball/badminton net and fire pit; there are bikes, a ping-pong table and basketball net. While not completely baby-proof, the house has a crib, gates, booster seat, high chair and toys and toddler trikes. This is a home, so everything you need is here -- linens, towels, even 2 sets of washers/dryers.
Peaceful, private and comfortable.

4 short blocks from public beach-- large and beautiful beach with children's play area. Rent water craft, walk the pier!
2 short blocks from town -- movie theatre, great restaurants, library, antique stores, farmer's market, etc.
South Haven has it all: Watercraft of all types can be rented, bike trails, wineries, golf, horseback riding, antiquing, and more!
vacation rental rates
High season rates are $400-$429 per night, or $3000 per week. Fall through spring rates are discounted. Added to all rates is a 10% secrity deposit.
THE HOUSE IS COMPLETELY TAKEN ON WEEKENDS FOR JUNE, AND ALL OF JULY AND AUGUST. WE WILL DISCOUNT FOR MON-FRI STAYS TO $350/NIGHT.
