Lighthouse View Estates in San Simeon

Lighthouse View Estates are nestled at the base of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range and directly across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Three seperate Vaction Villas Located just 8 miles North of Historic Hearst Castle and 15 miles North of Cambria these Villas are the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. 

Each Villa is a three bedroom/three bathroom plus bonus room with a full sized pull-out couch. Fireplaces, natural stone, beautiful floors and fixtures, exceptional beds, top of the lines appliances, and large common areas allow Vacationers to relax in comfort and quality.

Lighthouse View Estates are settled at the base of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range and directly across the street from the Pacific Ocean.

The rustic setting provides a unique glimpse of the Central Coast. Visitors may have the opportunity to see deer, badgers, black bear, mountain lions, bobcats, raccoon, rabbits, gray fox, possums, as well as a variety of mice and gophers. South of the Villas, on the coast, is a popular spot to view some oceanic wildlife such as, but not limited to, Elephant Seals, Sea Otters, and Sea Lions.

Not only can visitors thoroughly enjoy the beautiful scenery and it's furry inhabitants there are also plenty of attractions for the more architecturally minded. Two miles south of the Villas is the Piedras Blancos Lighthouse and Station. (This lighthouse is visible from the Villas.) Tours are available during the summer only. Located twelve miles south of the Lighthouse View Estates is the Historic Hearst Castle. Daily tours are available. Located directly across from the castle is another Historic Building by the name of Sebastion's Store. Wine tasting, golfing, shopping, and great restaurants are only a drive away, as well!

We require a two night minimum reservation.

$475-$575 Nightly rate, dependent on # of people, # of pets, and time of year.

$250+ Cleaning fee, dependent on # of people and # of pets

$250+ REFUNDABLE Pet Security Deposit, dependent on # of pets.

$75 Additional Fee for every person past 10 occupants.
