Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, raised BEACH HOUSE is just a few steps to the  
Atlantic. Located on the Surfside Beach/Garden City line in a secure  
gated beach community, your vacation will be filled with everything  
you could possibly hope for. The most spacious and accommodating  
floor plan in 'The Keys' community, our home is fully-equipped. Each  
bedroom even has its own TV with a DVD player. This wonderful home  
is 'tucked away' in a beautiful beach community, yet beach access  
can’t be any easier, especially with the included golf cart.  
Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and other necessities are all  
close by. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool very close, and  
an extensive waterpark, and a go cart track practically across the  
street.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy all the comforts of both indoor (heated) and outdoor pools,  
lighted tennis courts, and huge enclosed play area all with 24  
hour security. Best of all, the community offers private beach  
access with parking for your vehicles and/or golf carts right at the  
dune.  
The Conch Cafe, our oceanfront restaurant is just down the street  
from the beach house and adjacent to our private beach access  
parking area. They serve everything from light fare to full course  
meals. The main entrance to the Oceanside Village complex is located  
directly across Highway 17 from Tupelo Bay Golf Center just down the  
road from the water park and go cart track. Grocery and liquor  
stores are directly across from the main entrance as well. 
Huge deck and gas grill as well.  It doesn't get much better than  
this!

Activities and Attractions

Golf Information: If you love golf, try Tupelo Bay!! Located across  
the street from main entrance to OSV, it is part of Oceanside  
Villages/Bermuda Bay community. Tupelo Bay was built as the Grand  
Strand's premier short game course and features a driving range, a  
Par Three and newly added lighted 18 hole executive course, and  
Runaway Bay Miniature Golf, fun for the whole family!! If you prefer  
to golf elsewhere, packages are available at top rated courses such  
as Wicked Stick, Blackmoor, Indian Wells, and Indigo Creek, to name  
a few, are all just a couple of minutes away.
