It features granite counter tops, electric fireplace, beautiful yard and garden, and private parking. The master bedroom offers vaulted ceilings and beautiful views of the Flatirons. It has a large queen bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers a comfortable full bed and views of the newly renovated back yard. The dining room is tucked within a beautiful window nook, perfect for eating meals or playing games. This property offers a separate bathroom for each bedroom for enhanced privacy and space. There is a new washer and dryer for guest use. Off of the master bedroom is a large second floor deck. It sits under the shade of this property’s many trees for added comfort and privacy.

This beautiful property is conveniently located on the west end of Pearl Street Mall by the entrance to Boulder Canyon. A trip up this beautiful canyon offers Boulder Falls and a paved bike path. Boulder Creek is one block to the south of this property, which offers activities like tubing and kayaking. It is a short walk to Spruce Confections, which offers unparalleled coffee and baked treats. Pearl Street Mall offers a large array of shops and restaurants, perfect for daily strolls or a night on the town.

The location of this property is central to all of Boulder’s attractions. Walk down to Eben G. Fine park for a nice outdoor lunch or a swim in Boulder creek or head up to the University of Colorado for ongoing festivals and fairs. Chautauqua park is only a few blocks away offering stunning views of the Flatirons and unforgettable hikes.

In addition to being walking distance from most of Boulder’s must sees, this property is a short drive to Colorado’s recreational activities. The Rocky Mountains offer endless adventures including:

• White water rafting

The central location of this property offers a short 30 minute drive to Eldora Ski Resort, an hour drive to Denver, and an hour drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. These locations offer everything from bars and nightlife to picnics and hikes. Head down to Denver to catch a Colorado Rockies baseball game or savor some of the best restaurants Colorado has to offer. Drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park for hundreds of hikes, unsurpassed wildlife, and beautiful rivers and waterfalls.

In addition to the year round attractions, Colorado offers many stunning activities for nearly every holiday.

Come visit for the Forth of July and experience fireworks dazzling the sky over the entire Front Range.  Head to a concert at the Bands on the Bricks during the day or enjoy the many beautiful parks with a barbecue.

If your visit falls in winter make sure to enjoy many of the beautiful out door ice skating rinks located a few blocks from our door. The Pearl Street Mall becomes a row of dazzling lights and holiday cheer. In addition to the close attractions are the many ski resorts located less that an hour away.

FALL October 1st – November 30th $1,200 per week.

WINTER  December 1st – March 31st $1,500 per week.

SPRING April 1st – May 30th $1,200 per week.

SUMMER  June 1st – September 30th  $1,500 per week.

MINIMUM STAY: We have a 4 night minimum stay, but in some circumstances we will allow nightly visits.

REQUIRED FEES:  Additional $150 cleaning fee required for all visits.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable deposit is taken at the time of the reservation.

PAYMENT DUE:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to book your stay with the balance due one week before check in.
