Welcome to Gold Canyon! Situated at the foot of the Superstition 
Mountains, Gold Canyon offers stunning Superstition Mountain views, 
golf course vistas and unlimited outdoor activities. Located at the 
eastern edge of the Phoenix metropolitan area, Gold Canyon sits at 
an elevation of 2,070 feet above sea level just 35 miles east of Sky 
Harbor International Airport.

Beautiful Luxury Vacation Rental with your very own Heated Swimming 
Pool. Views of of the Superstition Mountains and Dinosaur Mountain. 
Across the street from the Gold Canyon Golf Course. Rated one of 
the  golf courses in all of Arizona. 

Fully furnished with new tasteful southwest furniture and appliances 
as well as towels, sheets and linens. All new kitchen amenities with 
small pub dinette in kitchen also. The large masterbedroon with 
expansive views of Dinosaur Mountain and Superstition mountain , 
masterbath with two sinks and a large soaking tub for two 
compliments the spacious masterbedroom and adjacent office/den. The 
home has cable as well as is internet ready. 

Gold Canyon offers a change of pace from the hectic lifestyle of the 
urban centers of the Valley Of The Sun. It quiet and quaint. For 
example, there are wonderful hiking trails accessible from Kings 
Ranch Road and Peralta Trail. There are also designated trails for 
horseback riding through the community and into the Superstition 
Mountains.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITIES WITH THE POOL CHILDREN 
UNDER THE AGE OF 5 ARE NOT RECOMMENDED AS GUESTS OF THIS HOME UNLESS 
THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED TO SWIM.
