- Weekly rates high season: $1.050,00 (November 1 - April 30) 

- Monthly rates: $2.800 (May - October) - $3.500 (November - April)

• Final Cleaning Fee: $180,00
• Additional electric power consumption $0,14/kwh if more than $25/week

Refundable security deposit: $500,00

• Down payment: 20% due with signing of lease
• Rest of payment: 80% due 30 days prior arrival
