Gabriel's Condominiums at The Ashbrooke Inn in Provincetown

My beautifully appointed, all inclusive condominium known as the "Christopher" unit is located in
Gabriel's, a well known establishment for the past 30 years. My unit is associated with Gabriel's
at the Ashbrooke Inn and their management handles my check ins. Gabriel's is smoke free, pet and
children friendly and has wonderful grounds for your enjoyment.

Features include a queen tempurpedic bed, new hardwood floor, all linens, towels, comforter,
blankets, private bath with stall shower, electric fireplace, air conditioning, kitchenette with
stove top burners, refrigerator, and sink. A microwave, coffe maker, all utensils, glasses, plates
and an ammenity basket filled with bath supplies await your arrival. Christopher also has a
tv/dvd/vhs with cable. A table with two chairs also is in the unit. Free Parking is included in a
nearby private lot.

Your stay at Gabriel's includes a wonderful breakfast in the Great Room, which is second to none,
free treats such as home made cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. during your stay. WIFI internet,
free movies and games in the library, a courtesy phone, concierge service, free bicycle storage,
beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, and access to the Great Room for conversation and company.

Even your pet will be happy as animal amenities include dog beds provided with previous
arrangements, please, and dog dishes, extra leashes, and a variety of treats upon arrival. Children
have a wide selection of games and movies to choose from as well as a Brio train set they may play
with.

Within the grounds, take advantage of the beautiful gardens, sun decks, BBQ grill, and outdoor
fireplace. The courtyard has easy access to the park next door. What truly makes staying at my
condo is the personalized service you will receive. Management, the Elizabeth's, live on premises
and they are available 24/7 if the need should arise.

Gabriel's at the Ashbrooke Inn is located directly behind town hall on Bradford St. It is a short
block to Commercial St. right in the middle of town. You can walk to just about everything once you
are there. Restaurants, shopping, the wharfs, dolphin and whale watches, are all within a quick
walk from Gabriel's.

Prices for the "Christopher" unit at Gabriel's Condominiums at the Ashbrooke Inn depend on the time
of year or event. Prices during the low season are $125, midseason $185, and high season $230 per
night. Certain weekends demand high season prices such as New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and
special events weekends. During the week in low season, their are mid week specials so please
