This house is amazing-the pictures do not reflect how nice it really is. The kitchen and living room are open concept-both have sliding glass doors that lead out to a full size porch that overlooks the dock below and the river.

The views from the back porch onto the lake are amazing. During all times ofthe day, you can watch the cargo ships float-they are a sight to see!

The docks below are perfect for sitting on while dangling your legs into the crystal clear water. The house is set back in a little inlet, so you're not as exposed to the heavier moving lake water, but jump into the kayaks and you'll be on the lake in less than 50 strokes of the oar!! It's a very peaceful setting.

The bedrooms and bath upstairs are top notch! Queen beds in both rooms! The back bedroom has a slider that overlooks the porch below and the river-it's a very romantic setting!


The location of the house is great as well-close enough to town that you can get there in a few mins, but far enough away that you can enjoy your peace and quiet. The home is just down the street from a camp ground-jumping on the bikes and taking a ride around the camp ground is great-there is so much to see.

If you want a break from the lake, there are lots of wineries in the area as well as locals who have Alpaca farms, veggie farms, etc. Day trips are VERY doable from this house.

I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a classy, very clean, very well kept home. This home WILL not disappoint!

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
