Great Location - Disappointing Amenities

Recently my family and I vacationed at this property. At first, we were very happy as the property is perfectly situated between downtown and the beach, the neighborhood is quite nice. The back yard is spacious and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the sun. However, upon closer inspection, our stay was a bit disappointing. First, this property advertises free wifi, which never worked. Secondly, we made several attempts to contact the property manager regarding trash collection (the trash from the previous renter was still on the property), the wifi and a dryer that was not operating properly - he never returned our call. While the owner returned our calls, he was out of town and was unable to assist us. Our last thought, is that the house while spacious, was not finished - speaker wires sticking out from the walls, sheets for curtains, a grill that was so dirty we could not use it - this property simply did not live up to the standards as listed. We would stay here again, but only if these things were fixed and perhaps a bit
cheaper.

Recommended for: families with young children, tourists without a car

Worked out well for our family of 5. Felt very comfortable and at home. The owner was very pleasant to work with.
