Located across from the famous Kodak Theater and Lucky Strike. This unit is walkable to the Chinese Grand Theater and the notorious Arcalite Theater. Jefferson 4 is also only a short metro ride, or drive, to many movie, television and music productions studios including Universal, Capitol Records, CBS, Warner Brothers, Disney, NBC and Universal Studios Theme Park.This gated apartment building provides a quiet respite after a day of business or touring. Enjoy views of Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills on the apartment balcony or relax in the contemporary styled living room with a 40” flatscreen television with HD cable and dvr. Dark hardwood floors complement the soothing white and linen colored furniture. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed. 

The kitchen has blond wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is open to the living area via the kitchen island/breakfast bar. A wine rack and customary countertop appliances round out the home away from home touch. A dining table for four, ceiling fan and custom art complete the living and dining area. Plush carpet keeps the hallways and bedrooms quiet and cozy. The master bedroom and bath are en suite. The master includes a queen bed with linen colored duvet, large walk in closet, writing desk, leather dressing bench, full length mirror and 32” flat screen television with HD cable. The master bath has blond wood cabinetry, a large oval tub/shower combo, dual sink vanity and limestone colored ceramic floor tiles. A built in linen cabinet is just outside the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a chocolate duvet and a double sliding door closet. Across from the second bedroom is the guest bath with a tub shower combo and blond wood cabinetry with single sink vanity. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is in the hallway. Both bedrooms enjoy views of Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills. On the third floor is the community club where you can relax by the swimming pool and jacuzzi and cook out on the stainless steel barbeque grills. Keep track of sporting events on the club lounge flatscreen television or get some work done via the club's complementary wi-fi access, guest computers and printer/fax machine. The gym is located on the third floor as well. Two parking spaces are included in the underground gated lot.

• Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
• Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
• Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
• **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
• There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


• 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


• This unit accommodates 6 people. Additional fee applied after 4th person.
• Rates do not include 14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax for stays shorter than 30 nights.
• One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
• Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.
