Secluded Luxury Mountain Retreat in Asheville

Relax  on the large 3000 sq ft wrap around deck enjoying the sunset and mountain views. Private 4000 sq ft Large Retreat  on top of the mountain. It sits on 3 secluded acres bordering unspoiled surroundings. 
There are 2 separate living spaces connected by a huge deck. Large patio furniture with seating for 12.

Main house has 3 bedrooms, 1 king master, 1 dbl bedroom, 2 twin beds in loft  and a Queen sofa sleeper with 2 full bathrooms. Master has large tub. It has an open floor plan with A/C, hardwood floors, window shades and  breath taking views. Beautiful brick fireplace, wood burning stove and a large dining table with seating for 10. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker/ filtered water dispenser on fridge, and stove.
Kitchen includes Juicer, Panini Grill, Rotisserie, Kitchen Aid Mixer with sausage stuffer and ice cream maker attachments, Bread Machine, Espresso/Coffee Maker with Coffee, Snow Cone Machine, Pastry dishes, 2 Picnic Baskets, Crock Pots, Toaster, Spices and much much more. Also has a walk in pantry with hidden recycling area.

 Also available for use: new Portable Crib, Portable High chair, and Organic Hammock Swing.
The 2nd House has a huge loft with Queen natural wood canopy bed, Double bed and twin bunk bed in second room and a Queen sectional sofa sleeper. It has A/C and  Radiant heat flooring with slate tile and bamboo flooring upstairs. Washer and Dryer are located in large bathroom.The entire second house uses filtered rain water. It also has partial kitchen with sink, small fridge, water cooler for drinking, blender, coffee maker, many drink accessories and more. Views both from upstairs and down stairs.
Both houses have Flat screen Tv's with DVD, huge video library and satellite tv.
On back of the main house is screened in porch with a ceiling  fan, folding tables and chairs, gas and charcoal grill. Perfect area for cooking out or reading in the shade.

Below the main house is a large outside deck and  large Game Room with  Air Hockey Table, Foosball table, Mini basketball hoop, Ping Pong table, TV area with Xbox 360 with DVD/VHS player, Riding horse,Crawl tunnels and houses, Play Vanity, Toys and  many indoor games for children of all ages. Outdoor games include Horse shoes, badmitten, frizbee, and fire pit for marshmellows.

We also have a newly installed 6 person Hot Tub next to the side stairs for easy access to game room and main house.

We also have an edible landscape with sitting area and grassy play area. Feel free to eat whatever is in season.
Fire pit is located near home for easy access to house and Horseshoe Pit near barn.

WE REQUIRE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. This is a mountain home with a small  steep section on the mountain road right before the house. There is a small grassy area before the steep section where 2-3 vehicles whom dont have 4 wheel drive can park about 1/2 mile from the house. Our house is the last on the road at the top of the mountain.

You are surrounded by many activities from treking, rock climbing,ziplines tubing, rafting, water parks, amusement parks, snow skiing,caving, fishing, flyfishing, caves/mines, Railroad, Biltmore House, Asheville, Gatlinburg, Cherokee, and so much more.

We do have lists of most the activities in the area and website information for your convenience at the house in welcome book or I can email attachments when booking.

$275-300 a night depending on the amount of guest and number of nights, $1500-$1750 weekly, For longer stays than a week please inquire for a discounted rates. 

Holiday's have a 4 night min. stay. $300 nightly rate and $1500 a week 

Pets are allowed with a refundable $100 security deposit. No pets are allowed on any furniture, beds or bedding

No Taxes Required it is already included in rental rate

$200-250 gerenal cleaning/trash removal fee. Fee depends on number of guest and length of stay
